Paradigm Lasers, Inc. designs, develops, and manufactures advanced, diode-pumped solid state laser systems (DPSSL's) for a broad range of precision applications critical to most industries. Established in 1992 as a privately held "C" corporation, the company was born and raised with diode laser technology.

Paradigm holds several patents on mounting structures for constructing laser diode arrays. Its radial laser diode array architecture is ideally suited for symmetrical side pumping solid-state laser rods. Paradigm can tailor versatile, compact, and efficient high power/high brightness laser systems to meet the requirements of a variety of applications. At Paradigm dedicated professionals are transforming diode-pumped solid state, laser technology into reliable and versatile laser tools.

During 2007 Paradigm developed an optical device, called the o-TOOL™, for use by all technical people working with and/or teaching optics.
